We did raise our rate slightly this year. We have not raised our rates since we have opened and decided this is the year. Hopefully this will not impact your travel plans. We did try to keep it minimal.
BUT we are offering a discount (the original rates) for all cash or check payments.

CANCELATION POLICY
You are able to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to of your arrival date. Within the 30 day window you are responable for your entire reservation unless we are able to re-rent the cabin for you. We will try in everyway to help out by getting that cabin re-rented, but at times are not able to do so. In that event you will be charged for your entire scheduled stay.
